Publication Fees

  • Publication fee is charged only for the accepted articles
  • No fee is charged for the processing and review of the article
  • Publication fee is INR 5000/- (Indian Rupees Five Thousand only)
  • Publication fee includes internet processing charges of the payment gateway in our website
  • Publication fee includes GST (as applicable by Govt of India)
  • Publication fee also include postal charges for posting the respective journal to the address of the author
  • Author will receive “letter of acceptance” only after confirmation of payment of publication fee

General Instructions

  • “Bengal Journal of Otolaryngology and Head Neck Surgery” is the official journal of “the Association of Otolaryngologist of India, West Bengal”
  • bjohns.in is the only official website for “Bengal Journal of Otolaryngology and Head Neck Surgery”
  • The Executive Committee of “the Association of Otolaryngologist of India, West Bengal” and the Editor of “Bengal Journal of Otolaryngology and Head Neck Surgery” has all the right to make or change the rules and fix the publication fee as and when required
  • Publication fee is not required for the article where the first author and corresponding author are member of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India, West Bengal
  • All correspondence should be addressed to the Editor, BJOHNS

Confirmation of payment

  • Confirmation of payment may take 5 working days.
  • Receipt of payment will be sent to the Author by email after realisation of payment in our account.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The payment is not refundable
  • No request for cancellation will be entertained after payment of publication fee and acceptance letter is issued
